Stucco/Plaster Technician , 

 

IDEVELOP CONSTRUCTION is a well-established and growing construction company that is dedicated to providing excellent services to our clients, is looking for a motivated, hardworking, professional individual to fill a Stucco/Plaster Technician position in Palm Beach County, Florida.

 

Job Responsibilities:

*Perform waterproofing, stucco repair, fog matching, foam detail and scaffolding.
*Must be able to perform repairs to stucco, lath, scratch, brown, color coat and fog coat.

Minimum Requirements:
*Very dependable and able to perform at a Journeyman level.
*Minimum 5 years of experience at a Journeyman level required.
* Extensive knowledge in residential construction and warranty work/repairs
**Experience with multiple trades a HUGE plus** (Drywall, Painting, Concrete, Floors)

 

Hiring Requirements:

*Clean DMV record
*Reliable transportation (Pick Up truck, crew cab not necessary)
*Having own tools to perform your trade required
*Ability to pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
*Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Position offers: paid vacation, room for growth and workers-man comp

Job Title: Stucco/Plaster Technician
Hourly Range: $16- $25 per hour (Based on experience and work ethic)
Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: Varies per job but usually 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri with possible overtime.
